Men Are Ashamed Of Going Out With Me & Want To Lock Me Inside —24-Year-Old Lady Laments

A 24-year-old lady, Chiwetalu Charity has recently been interviewed by BBC News in regards to how she has been coping as a disabled woman (without legs) still schooling in the university.

During this interview, she revealed that most men she has been with are ashamed of going out with her and want to always lock her inside due to her disability.

According to her, she will never see herself as less of a human being and that is why she will not succumb to any man who is ashamed of her in public. She made it clear that her disability does not limit her from doing what other people do so she hates when people pity her. She lamented about how the last guy she dated told her that when he steps out with her people mock him because it looks like he is with a little girl.

So instead of relationships now, she is focused on making herself happy by creating contents on Tiktok in her room and interacting with the few genuine friends she has. She lost her legs when she was born because according to her mother there was no veins in her legs and it was getting rotten so it was amputated.

She said, “Most men I’ve dated are ashamed of going out with me and want me to be locked inside due to my disability. The last guy I was with complained about me looking like a small girl when we go out”.
