The Cross River State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) recently convened its inaugural stakeholders’ meeting in Calabar, pledging to revitalize the party’s stance in the state.
Led by the gubernatorial candidate and former senator, Prof. Sandy Onor, the meeting aimed to address the party’s current challenges and chart a course for effective opposition against the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Attended by key figures including former Deputy Governor Barr. Efiok Cobham, Authur Jarvis, Mike Ania, Chief Mark Obi, Ntufam Ekpo Okon, alongside enthusiastic youths, women, and support groups, the event emphasized the need for unity and strategic planning.
