You’re a mother to many — C/River Primary Health Care DG, Offiong celebrates Philomina Inyang

The Director-General of the Cross River State Primary Health Care Development Agency, Dr. Mrs Abasioffiong Amos Offiong has congratulated Mrs Philomina Inyang on the occasion of her birthday.
