The Governor of Edo state, Monday Okpebholo, says that before 2027, there will be no opposition party in the state.
The governor said this during a political rally.

In his words;
‘’Before 2027, there will be no other party in our state.”
He went on to say that come 2027, his state give President Tinubu 2.5 million votes to secure his victory at the polls. He asked the electorates in his state to ensure they collect whatever monetary gifts the opposition parties offer them during elections and then vote for APC.
