U.S Judge Receives Copies of Appeal Court Judgement That Affirmed Tinubu’s Election In Nigeria
Judge Nancy Maldonado of the U.S District Court, Northern District of Illinois, has requested and received copies of the Judgment of the 7 member PEPT Judges that affirmed the sham Presidential election of Bola Tinubu.
A Nigerian investigative journalist, Jackson Ude, made the revelation on his verified X account formerly known as Twitter.
Ude, in his verified X account revealed that Judge Maldonado had through the U.S Embassy in Abuja, requested for certified true copies from the Appeal Court to study the judgement of the PEPT. Officials at the Appeal Court started playing delay tactics, refusing to release copies of the Judgement.

Judge Maldonado has now received the certified true copy of the Nigeria’s Appeal Court Judgement through FedEx this morning and currently studying them to help her in her judgement which is expected on Monday.
