Rivers Sole Administrator Appoints Wike Loyalist Samuel Nwanosike to Head RIWAMA
Rivers State Sole Administrator, Vice Admiral (Rtd) Ebok-Ete Ekwe Ibas, CFR, has appointed Engr. Samuel Nwanosike, Ph.D., as the new Sole Administrator of the Rivers State Waste Management Agency (RIWAMA).
The appointment was officially confirmed in a statement released on Thursday by the Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Ibibia Lucky Worika. It takes immediate effect.

Nwanosike, widely known as a loyalist of former Governor Nyesom Wike, is a prominent figure in the state’s political landscape.
