Okowa sacks commissioner, assigns workplace to new appointee
Professor Patrick Muogboghare, the Delta State’s commissioner for larger schooling, has resigned from his place.
As the previous chairman of the Academic Staff of Universities (ASUU), Delta State University, Abraka department, Muogboghare has been very vocal and energetic within the schooling sector of the Delta state authorities for roughly ten years. He can also be a realistic union chief.

Prof. Muogboghare served as Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education through the second time period of former Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan.
When Okowa was elected Governor in 2015, Muogboghare was employed by the administration as a guide on Education Matters for 4 years.
The Uwheru-born professor served as Commissioner for Higher Education for greater than three years after Okowa appointed him to the place in 2019. Okowa was re-elected for a second time period in 2019.

In a telephone interview with Newmen, Muogboghare confirmed his departure from the Okowa authorities and added, “I vastly loved working with the administration for seven years, 4 of which I spent as a guide and three further years as commissioner.
While 5 new commissioners had been being sworn into the Delta State Executive Council on Tuesday, Governor Okowa introduced Dr. Kingsley Ashibogwu as the brand new Commissioner for Higher Education.
