Isaac Fayose, the younger brother of former Ekiti State Governor Ayo Fayose, has publicly disagreed with his elder brother’s recent remarks blaming Northerners for the nation’s economic difficulties.

The former governor expressed his concerns during a discussion about the proposed nationwide hardship protest, which he controversially described as a “military coup d’état” against President Tinubu.
“Northerners give birth to too many children and marry too many wives, making governance difficult for Tinubu,” Ayo Fayose stated.
However, Isaac Fayose has challenged his brother’s perspective, highlighting their own family’s history to counter the argument.
“Our father had 30 children, and he wasn’t from the North,” Isaac stated.
He further mentioned that he is believed to be his father’s 25th or 27th child while dismissing that large families are not exclusive to any particular region.
