The youth empowerment programme led by Dr. Abba Ya’u, Chairman of Roni Local Government Area (LGA) and a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), saw beneficiaries receive jerrycans and wheelbarrows (four-wheeled pushcart) as part of the initiative.
