I consider it joy whenever I see tribulations, trials and persecution targeted at the Governor elect of Delta State,Rt Hon Francis Sheriff Oborevwori.

 

All through human history all great men passed this same route including our Lord Jesus Christ who paid the supreme price to redeem mankind from eternal condemnation.

 

Such is the life of a saviour and those who are destined to deliver it’s people.

 

It’s alright to take the pain, it’s alright to suffer want and deprivation, it’s alright to be rejected, maligned and humiliated, it’s alright to be insulted, it’s alright to be framed up, it’s alright to be called a perpetual failure, it’s alright to be misrepresented, it’s alright to be persecuted, it’s alright to be misunderstood, it’s alright to suffer temporary setback, it’s alright to be humiliated, it’s alright to be called a commoner, a peasant and lowly born but one thing is clear , it is God that qualifies a man and when God chose a man protocols are broken for his sake

 

If you do not see God’s hand in the emergence and subsequent victory of Rt Hon Francis Sheriff Oborevwori then it is obvious that you are either evil or you are an Igbe worshipper.

 

Other nations have been blessed with many Nelson Mandela,George Washington,Indira Gandhi, John F Kennedy and other great leaders over the centuries and years, yet sadly it is not so with us. Ill-fortune is our portion and we are cursed because we enjoy killing, destroying ,humiliating and vilifying all of our heroes and deliverers whilst others recognize and revere theirs and grant them the right and opportunity to do that which they were born to do- that is to take their respective nations from strength to strength and to lead them from glory to glory.

 

 

Our is not so , I will say this and maintain my silence, Rt Hon Francis Sheriff Oborevwori by divine mandate is born to deliver us from the ugly trend that has characterised our political history as a people and it is pertinent on all Deltans to recognize this fact with a view to resist the devil’s and it’s agents of destabilization.

 

God has answered our prayers and is set to deliver us from the evil that plagues our land and no weapon fashion against the sherrification project shall prosper.

 

May God bless and redeem our beloved homeland. May He have mercy upon her, may He defend her, may He deliver her and may He cause His face to shine brightly upon her. Our time has come and Delta shall not only shine, she will be great again .
