INEC original results from IREV portal shows Labour Party won more states than other parties — Kenneth Okonkwo

Amid ongoing public uproar that has greeted the outcome of the February 25th Presidential election conducted by the Independent National Electoral Commission across the country,

A well known Nigerian politician and Labour Party chieftain, Kenneth Okonkwo, while speaking during an exclusive interview with the Central TV’s ‘Politics HQ’ on Thursday, has insisted that the former governor of Anambra State and Presidential candidate of the Labour Party Peter Gregory Obi, Won more states than what was declared by the INEC.

While speaking during the interview, Kenneth Okonkwo, who is also the spokesperson for the Labour Party Presidential campaign council, noted that based on the results found on the INEC Results Viewing Portal (IRev), the one time governor of Anambra State and flag-bearer of the Labour Party, LP, Peter Gregory Obi, actually won more states than any of his closet Opponents,

Adding that a closer look at the result sheets which was uploaded from states like Rivers, Benue, and Plateau states, one can tell that Labour Party did not only win the election, but won it with very wide margins.

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has started the pre-hearing of the Petition filed by Peter Obi and Atiku Abubarka that is challenging the victory of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

All eyes are on the Election Petition Tribunal to either declared Peter Obi winner of the February 25 presidential election as filed by Peter Obi or order a fresh conduct of the election.
