INEC decries worsening insecurity in South-East ahead of Anambra election



The Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC) on Wednesday expressed concern over the worsening insecurity in the South-East with simply 4 months to the Anambra State governorship election.

The INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, who spoke on the 2021 annual Abubakar Momoh Memorial Lecture organised by The Election Institute (TEI) in Abuja, mentioned the fee was involved in regards to the doubtless results of insecurity on its ongoing Continuous Voter Registration.
