I Challenge Peter Obi To Look Into My Eyes And Tell Me That Rubbish, Wike Begins Fresh War Against Obi
Nyesom Wike, the Rivers state governor has challenged the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi to look into his eyes and tell him that he betrayed him during the just concluded presidential election because he knows fully well that he didn’t campaign against the former Anambra governor and all he did was to clamour for a southern presidency.

Nyesom Wike further revealed that he is proud that a southerner emerged as the winner of the presidential candidate, but he didn’t betray Peter Obi of the Labour Party in the presidential candidate and Peter Obi himself cannot look into his eyes and tell him straight forward that he campaigned against him or betrayed him.
He said, “So when we are talking about betrayal, I betrayed who? Who is that politician that is a Christian that would come and look into my eyes and tell me that rubbish. Peter Obi cannot even look into my eyes and tell me I betrayed him, I never campaigned against Peter Obi, I never did that, so there is no how he would do me anything. Wetin he go do me? Within the G-5 integrity group, we agreed that we must make sure that the power comes to the south and in any state where you have control, you must make sure that if Labour Party comes first, APC must come second and if APC comes first, Labour Party must be second and we did it. I’m proud to say it”.
