Madoxx projects have rewarded its staff with various gift items as a way of boosting motivation among the workforce .

 

The Chief Executive Officer, Madoxx Projects, Mr Sunny Avra Onoriobe, in his opening remarks during the event, said reward for hard work pays, hence the appreciation from the management

Madoxx projects is a company engaged in waste evacuation in Calabar, the Cross River State capital.

 

Onoriobe lauded the recipients said that the event will be a continuous feature in the organization.

 

Some of the gift items include tabletop refrigerators, electric kettles, big refrigerators, T-shirts, and face caps, among other notable items.

He said that the reward for hard work is more work, hence the need for recipients to put in their best and add value to the growth of the organization in ensuring that Calabar remains the cleanest city in Nigeria.

 

 

Speaking, the chairman of the occasion, Mr. Ayi Effiong, who is also the acting environmental project and executive secretary of urban authority, commended Madoxx projects for its good works of ensuring that the state is clean .

 

He noted that the reward is part of Governor Bassey Otu’s one hundred days in office.

 

 

The Director of Account, Cross River State, Mr. Esu Essien, a supervisor in the same agency, expressed delight for the gesture shown to the workers, despite the non payment of Madoxx projects in the eight months.

 

 

The beneficiaries thanked Madoxx projects for always thinking of their welfare and promises to put more effort into the discharge of their duties.
