On Friday, the People’s Democratic Party presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, and his running mate, Ifeanyi Okowa, paid a visit to the hometown of the former military Head of State, Ibrahim Babangida, in the state of Niger. Minna is Babangida’s hometown.
