Reports went viral in the past week that Buhari will indulge himself in the APC presidential campaign in 10 states, including, Imo, Adamawa, and others.
Speaking at the rally, Buhari advised voters to go to their various constituencies and ensure that they vote for a candidate that is responsible and will keep their resources safe including that of education, healthcare and security.
