NewsWeek Nigeria gathered that Pavel Durov was arrested at the Bourget airport outside Paris today. He was traveling aboard his private jet when he was detained due to an arrest warrant issued in France.
The specific charges against him include allegations of failing to censor certain content on Telegram, which reportedly involves support for terrorism, drug trafficking, complicity in crimes, mass fraud, money laundering, and more.
