A high court in Oyo has restrained the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Umar Damagum, the national chairman, from stopping the party’s national convention slated for November 15 in Ibadan, the state capital .
A.L. Akintola, the presiding judge, issued the order on Monday following an ex parte application filed by Folahan Malomo Adelabi.
