The Adamawa State Resident Electoral Commissioner, Mr Mallam Hudu has been arrested.
Emma Umeh, a PDP chieftain disclosed this in a post made on his official Twitter handle.

Another PDP supporter, Sodiq Trade alleged that INEC declared Binani winner without results in Adamawa.
