Again, PDP Senator, Jarigbe defeats Ex-Cross River Governor, Ayade in tribunal
Tribunal has upheld the election victory of Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe as the Senator representing Cross River North.
Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe, the Senator representing Cross River North senatorial district, has defeated former Cross River State Governor, Ben Ayade at the National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Calabar, the Cross River capital.

The judge said what the petitioners have pleaded is EC8 A for presidency and not for Senate. The judge went on to say that parties are bound by their pleadings and give evidence in conformity.
